Terms of Use
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms govern the use of Unbi, a system for handling business WhatsApp conversations for online stores (the “Service”), operated by Nalla Furniture Ltd (“we”, “us”). Signing up for, using or paying for the Service means you agree to these terms, and to the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which form part of them.
These terms were written in Hebrew, and the Hebrew version governs. This English version is a translation for convenience.
In short:
- The Service is for businesses, and whoever signs up or pays must be 18 or older.
- A 14-day free trial, with no credit card. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- The subscription is monthly or annual, paid in advance, and renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
- Your store’s data and its customers’ data belong to the store. We process them only to provide the Service.
- Messages to customers must follow the law and WhatsApp’s rules - in particular, no advertising to anyone who hasn’t agreed to receive it.
This summary doesn’t replace the full terms below.
Who may use the Service
The Service is intended for businesses and for business use. To sign up for, use or pay for the Service, you must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering into an agreement, or a duly registered company acting through a person who is 18 or older and authorized to act on its behalf.
Whoever signs up or pays on behalf of a business confirms that they are authorized to bind the business to these terms, and “you” in these terms then means the business.
Only the cardholder, or someone the cardholder has authorized, may pay by credit card, and only if they are 18 or older.
If we find that a user doesn’t meet these conditions, we may suspend the account.
The Service and how it’s delivered
Unbi lets a store connect its business WhatsApp numbers through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, receive and answer customers’ messages in an inbox its team shares, assign conversations, write internal notes, and connect a WooCommerce store to see a customer’s orders next to the conversation. The features included in the Service are those it shows at any given time.
The Service can suggest a reply draft to a rep, written with AI from the conversation and the order. A draft can be wrong: it only goes into the compose box, and the rep is responsible for checking and correcting it before sending it.
The store can run automations: WhatsApp messages that go to its customers on their own, from the status of an order in the store, such as an update about the order or a request to write a review. The store writes the messages and chooses when they go out, and Meta reviews each text before it is sent. A message goes only to a customer the store’s plugin recorded as having agreed to it at checkout. The store is responsible for the messages’ content, for their matching the consent the customer gave, and for complying with the law that applies to them - including section 30A of the Communications Law.
The Service is provided online only, and nothing physical is shipped. Access opens as soon as you sign up, and a paid period starts on the day you pay - or when the trial ends, if you pay before it does.
Connecting a WhatsApp number requires a Meta business account and the WhatsApp Business app on the phone where the number is active. A WooCommerce store connects through a plugin installed on the store’s site. Using the Service requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser.
Your account and team
You sign in with a link sent to your email or with a Google account. Keep access to your email and accounts secure, and tell us right away if you suspect use you didn’t authorize.
Each store is a separate account. The store’s owner invites team members and sets their permissions, and is responsible for what the people invited do in the account. Only the owner can manage the subscription and payment.
The details you give us must be accurate and up to date.
WhatsApp and Meta
Using WhatsApp through the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta and WhatsApp, including the WhatsApp Business terms and the Business Messaging Policy, which you accept directly with Meta when you connect a number. You are responsible for complying with them.
Meta, not us, decides whether to approve a number, limits how many conversations a business may start, and may restrict or block numbers and accounts. We aren’t responsible for those decisions, for faults in Meta’s systems, or for messages Meta doesn’t deliver.
Charges Meta makes for certain messages, if any apply, are paid to Meta directly from your WhatsApp business account and are not part of the subscription.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content sent from your account and for how you contact customers. In particular, you undertake:
- not to send advertising without the recipient’s express prior consent, and to comply with the rest of section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 - including labeling the message as an advertisement and offering a simple way to refuse further messages;
- to contact customers on WhatsApp only after receiving their permission as WhatsApp’s policies require, and to honor any request to stop;
- to comply with the Privacy Protection Law and the Consumer Protection Law with respect to your customers;
- not to send content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading, or that infringes the rights of others;
- not to try to bypass the Service’s security measures, access other stores’ data, overload the Service, or operate it automatically other than through the interfaces we provide;
- not to sell, rent or transfer access to the Service to others without our written consent.
Your store’s data
The content you and your customers send through the Service, order details, and any other data the store uploads to or connects with the Service (“store data”) belong to the store. We acquire no rights in them, other than permission to use them to provide the Service to you.
For personal data about the store’s customers, the store is the controller of the database, and we process the data on its behalf. The store is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the data and share it with the Service, and for giving its customers the notice required by section 11 of the Privacy Protection Law. How we handle that data: Privacy Policy.
Processing data on the store’s behalf
This section is the agreement between the store, as controller of the database, and us, as a holder that processes data for it, under regulation 15 of the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Where the data is subject to the GDPR, this section is also a data processing agreement under its Article 28.
- Data and purpose: messages and files sent and received on the numbers you connect, customers’ names and phone numbers, order details from the connected store, and team members’ details - solely to provide the Service.
- Systems and access: the data is kept in the Service’s database and file storage. Access is given only to people on our behalf who need it to operate, support or secure the Service, and who have undertaken to keep the data confidential, use it only under this agreement and apply the security measures.
- Type of processing: receiving, storing, displaying, searching and sending the data, according to the actions you take in the Service. We won’t use the data for any other purpose, won’t sell it, and won’t disclose it except under this agreement or as required by law.
- Sub-processors: we use the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and bind them to protection duties no weaker than those in this section. We’ll update the Privacy Policy before adding a new provider, and you may object by cancelling the subscription.
- Security: we’ll apply the security measures required by the Data Security Regulations, notify the store without undue delay of any security incident involving its data, and report to it at least once a year on how we meet our duties under this section.
- Customers’ requests: a request from one of your customers about their data that reaches us will be passed on to you, and we’ll help you respond to it.
- Duration and end: processing continues as long as the account exists. When the engagement ends, at your request, we’ll give you a copy of the data, delete it from our systems and confirm to you that it was deleted - except data we must keep by law.
- Audit: on reasonable request, we’ll give you the information needed to verify that we meet our duties under this section.
Free trial
A new store gets a 14-day free trial, with no credit card needed. Nothing is charged when the trial ends: if you haven’t subscribed, replying to customers is paused until you do, and customers’ messages keep arriving in the inbox.
You can also subscribe during the trial. In that case your first paid period starts when the trial ends.
Price and payment
The subscription includes unlimited users and two WhatsApp numbers per store, on two plans: monthly, at a fixed monthly price, or annual, paid a year in advance at the price of ten months - two months free. Each additional number connected to the store is added to the payment at the price shown on the website and in Settings; on the annual plan it too is paid for the year, at the price of ten months. Prices are shown in shekels, on the website and on the payment page, and are the full amount you pay, including VAT where it applies.
The price that applies to you is the price shown when you subscribed. A price shown on the website is valid for as long as it is shown.
Payment is taken in advance for each period - a month or a year, depending on the plan - by credit card, through Grow - a licensed payment company. You enter your card details on Grow’s secure page, and they never reach us: Grow keeps the card, and we keep only a reference (token) that lets us charge it, along with the card’s last four digits, type and expiry date.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period - every month on the same day of the month, or every year on the same date - until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the card at the start of each period for that period’s subscription amount - the plan’s price plus the additional numbers connected on the day of the charge - and to try the charge again if it doesn’t go through. A number connected mid-period is added to the next charge, and disconnecting a number reduces it.
If a charge doesn’t go through, we’ll try again after one day, after three days and after seven days, and meanwhile you can pay with a different card in Settings. If the last attempt also fails, the subscription ends and replying to customers is paused until you subscribe again.
A receipt or tax invoice will be issued for every payment, as the law requires.
Price changes: we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of a change in the subscription price, by email or in the Service, and it will apply from the first charge after those 30 days. If you don’t agree to the change, you can cancel the subscription before it applies, and the cancellation takes effect with no further charge.
Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time - in the Service’s Settings, by phone, by email or by registered mail. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period - a month or a year, depending on the plan - with no further charges and no refund of the period already paid for. Cancelling within 14 days of subscribing entitles you to a refund, on both plans. Full details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Availability, support and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service available and working properly, but we don’t promise that it will always run without interruptions or faults. There may be interruptions for maintenance, and faults caused by providers and outside parties - including Meta, hosting and communication providers, and Grow. We’ll handle faults that are our responsibility within a reasonable time.
We improve and change the Service from time to time. If we remove a material feature included in the subscription, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice, and you’ll be able to cancel the subscription and get a proportional refund for the unused part of the paid period.
For support, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, trademarks and our content belong to the Service’s operator, Nalla Furniture Ltd, or to those who licensed them to us. While your subscription is active, you may use the Service for your business in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify or distribute the Service, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
If you send us suggestions for improvement, we may use them with no obligation to pay for them.
Liability
The Service is provided as it is, without a commitment that it will suit a particular need of yours. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage - including loss of profits, revenue, customers or goodwill - arising in connection with the Service or its use, nor for damage caused by the acts or omissions of third parties, including Meta, Grow and communication providers.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any direct damage in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limitations don’t apply to bodily injury, to damage caused maliciously or by gross negligence, or to liability the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Indemnity
If a claim is brought against us because of content or messages sent from your account, or because you breached these terms or the law - for example, by sending advertising in breach of section 30A of the Communications Law - you’ll indemnify us for any amount awarded against us in a final judgment and for reasonable expenses, provided that we notified you of the claim promptly and allowed you to defend against it.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and cancel the subscription as described above.
We may suspend an account or stop providing the Service if you materially breach these terms, after notifying you and giving you a reasonable time to cure the breach. Where immediate action is needed - to prevent harm to others, a security risk or a breach of the law, or following a demand by Meta or an authority - we may suspend the account immediately, and will notify you as soon as possible.
If we stop providing the Service for a reason other than your breach, we’ll refund the proportional part of your payment for the unused period.
The store’s owner can download all of its conversations to a file at any time, in Settings, under “Export conversations”. When the engagement ends, the data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice, by email or in the Service, before a material change to your disadvantage takes effect. If you don’t agree to the change, you can cancel the subscription before it takes effect and get a proportional refund for the unused part of the paid period. A change the law requires, or one that isn’t to your disadvantage, may take effect sooner. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. Jurisdiction over any matter concerning them lies with the competent courts in Israel, under the rules of jurisdiction set by law.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be waived, including rights under the Consumer Protection Law, to the extent it applies to you.
Contact and notices
The operator’s details and how to contact it appear at the end of this page. Notices to you will be sent to the store owner’s email address or shown in the Service.
